That’s how the merging of the two temporal worlds is best expressed. Classic mink coats, natural and bleached, show their innovative side thanks to a completely renewed aesthetic and the combination with unprecedented and technical fabrics. Shearling coats steal their cuts from our grandparents’ wardrobes, featuring redefined and oversized fits, made for maximum comfort. Glossy down puffers – the pinnacle of ’80s fashion – and jackets with maxi, hyper-padded collars, seem designed for spacewomen of the future. Even a refined and feminine fabric like duchesse is decontextualized to assume an unconventional and futuristic role: padded, functional, and transformable jackets, embellished with giant zippers, project us onto avant-garde ski slopes.
This collection represents the evolutionary culmination of the previous seasons, in which the ideas of experimentation, functionality, innovation and environmental sustainability reach their highest expression.
